VETOR is a digital product studio. For the purposes of this policy, we are the controller of the data collected on this site.

While browsing: aggregated, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device, approximate region), collected by Vercel Analytics — a tool that uses no cookies and doesn't identify you individually. This data is only collected if you accept the cookie banner.

When you submit the brief form ("Start a Project"): name, e-mail, WhatsApp (optional), company or project name, current website (optional), how you heard about VETOR, and the choices you make about product type, goal, stage, budget and timeline, plus an optional free-text description of the problem you want to solve.

We don't collect sensitive data (health, racial origin, sexual orientation, religious or political belief) and ask that you don't include that kind of information in the brief's free-text field.

Brief form data is used exclusively to understand your project and respond with a proposal or next steps. We don't use this data to send marketing without your authorization.

Browsing data (when you accept Analytics) is used only to understand which pages work best and improve the site — never to identify individual visitors or sell to third parties.

We process brief data based on preliminary procedures for a possible contract (LGPD, art. 7, V) — you actively reach out to us to evaluate a project.

We process browsing data based on your consent, given (or declined) explicitly in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

We don't sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary with two kinds of vendor: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, which serves the site and processes Analytics) and transactional e-mail delivery (Resend, used to notify our team about your brief and send your confirmation).

None of these vendors is authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Brief data that doesn't move forward into a project is kept for up to 12 months, in case we resume contact, and then deleted.

Aggregated Analytics data is kept by Vercel according to their own policy, always anonymized.

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. The brief form is validated on the server before any storage.

You can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated information, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, and withdrawal of your consent (for example, about Analytics, by changing your choice on the Cookie Policy page).

To exercise any of these rights, write to vetorsoftware@gmail.com — we respond within 15 days.

This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't intentionally collect data from children or teenagers.

We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
